Tileboo turns the tiles your family already owns into a growing world of guided builds - castles, animals, rockets, the whole alphabet and more, one happy snap at a time.
Tell Tileboo which tiles you have - he only suggests builds you have the tiles for.
Animals, rockets, castles, the whole alphabet - and many more!
Follow big friendly steps, build with real hands, and earn stars to collect.

From a first triangle to a grand castle - every build ends in "I made this!"
Shapes, symmetry and 3D reasoning, learned through fingertips - not worksheets.
Every snap and stack strengthens the small hands that will hold pencils next.
The screen guides - the hands build. Kids leave the app holding something real.
Tileboo Kids is a web app that turns the magnetic tiles your family already owns into step-by-step builds for children aged 3 and up. A grown-up tells Tileboo which tile shapes you have, your child picks a build - animals, vehicles, houses, nature, food, magic, letters and numbers, flat or 3D - and the screen shows one big friendly step at a time while they build with real tiles.
Any brand with the usual shapes: Magna-Tiles, PicassoTiles, Connetix, Playmags, Magblox and the many compatible sets. Every build is written in tile shapes - squares, triangles, rectangles, arches and more - never in brand names, so mixed sets work too. One thing to know: magnets differ in strength between brands, so some builds, mostly the tall 3D ones, stand firm in one set and sag or fall in another. Flat builds don't depend on it.
Builders aged 3 and up. The easiest builds take a few squares and triangles; the trickiest are 3D castles, rockets and animals. The app is made for pre-readers: big buttons, pictures first, and short labels a grown-up can read aloud.
A grown-up tells it which tile shapes the family owns and how many - by hand, or by stacking the tiles of one shape and snapping a photo so Tileboo counts them. The photo stays on your device and is never uploaded. Builds you have the tiles for are marked, so your child can pick one that is ready to build.
The starter builds, flat and 3D, are free for every family, with no account needed. The rest will open with the Family Pass: one payment for every build in Tileboo plus every build released in the next 12 months, with no subscription and nothing that renews. Checkout isn't open yet: during early access the Family Pass can't be bought and nothing is charged.
Yes, by design. There are no ads, no trackers, no analytics, no chat and no outside links in the child's experience. Your child's name, age and photos never leave your device. A family account is optional, for grown-ups only, and starts with a parent's consent by email, as COPPA requires. Prices and purchases only ever appear behind a grown-up PIN, and you can download or delete everything we hold about your family yourself, at any time.
No. Tileboo runs in the browser on a tablet, phone or laptop: open www.tileboo.kids and tap Start building. On a tablet or phone you can add it to the home screen, and it opens full-screen like an app. The screen guides and the hands build - the tiles are the toy.
Animals, vehicles, houses, nature, food, magic, letters and numbers, as flat mosaics and as 3D structures that stand up on the table. Each build comes with the tile list, the finished picture and the full step-by-step guide, and new builds are added all year round.
Shapes, symmetry and early 3D reasoning, learned through the fingertips rather than a worksheet; fine motor control from every snap and stack; and the confidence of finishing something real. Stars and badges celebrate finished builds - there are no streaks, timers or leaderboards.
